Great Turtle Get Together Slated for Chrysler Museum

This year’s annual Great Turtle Get Together will be held at Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills Saturday evening, March 12. The annual winter event is a fundraiser for Mackinac Associates, which supports Mackinac State Historic Parks in efforts to preserve educational programs and historic sites in Mackinaw City and on Mackinac Island.

The Chrysler Museum, which opened in 1999, has three levels and covers approximately 55,000 square feet, resting on 10 acres at the southeast edge of DaimlerChrysler’s North American headquarters. Museum exhibits feature vintage automobiles, interactive displays, life-size dioramas, and a 125-seat theater.
