Lydia Porter Earns Scholarships

Lydia Porter, a senior at Harbor Springs High School, has received a University of Michigan Scholar Recognition Award, which provides full tuition for four years of undergraduate study, and a $1,500 University of Michigan Regents Merit Scholarship to be used toward residence hall fees.
She is the daughter of Matthew and Melinda Porter, formerly of Mackinac Island. Her grandparents are Armand and Shirley Horn and William and Lornie Porter, all of Mackinac Island.
