Bill Liebold Elected to D.C. College Foundation

Bill Liebold
Frequent Island visitor Bill Liebold, president of the Southfield-based Michigan Colleges Foundation, has been elected to a three-year term as vice-chairman of the Foundation for Independent Higher Education in Washington, D.C., which represents 656 colleges in 41 states, enrolling 1.5 million students.

The Michigan Colleges provides students the opportunity for education at its 14 participating institutions by securing financial resources from the private sector.

The institutions include Adrian, Albion, Alma, Aquinas, Calvin, Hillsdale, Hope, Kalamazoo, Marygrove, and Olivet colleges and Andrews, Madonna, Siena Heights, and Spring Arbor universities.
