Slade, Largo To Wed on Island

Thomas Largo, Peggy Slade

Peggy A. Slade and Thomas W. Largo announce their plans to be married in September on Mackinac Island.

Ms. Slade is the daughter of Alfred, Jr. and Janet R. Heatley of Royal Oak. She received a bachelor's degree in business and interior design from Central Michigan University and is a Benefits Consultant for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor.

Mr. Largo is the son of the late Dr. Donald J. Largo and Lois Largo of Mackinac Island and Ann Arbor. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in public Health from John Hopkins University. He is an epidemiologist with the Michigan Department of Community Health.
