Roger Billhardt of Elmhurst, Illinois and a property owner on the Island, is the winner of artist Cynthia Ivey Abitz’s oil painting of Arch Rock on a moonlight night. The painting was donated to raise funds for the Class of 2005 senior trip to San Diego. The raffle raised $3,700.
