Ref. Assoc. To Honor Phillip Ingraham

The Referees’ Association of Michigan will announce a scholarship in honor of Phillip G. Ingraham at their spring training conference at the Chippewa Hotel Friday, May 20. Mr. Ingraham, who died in 2002, is being honored for his work and dedication to the practice of law in the state of Michigan

The Referees’ Association will pledge $1,000 to the scholarship fund and a $250 Scholarship will be awarded to students who receive the highest grade in their introductory family law class at Wayne State University, Mr. Ingraham’s alma mater.
