Sarah Traxler Earns Degree
     Sarah Traxler, the daughter of Robert Traxler of Mackinac Island and Bay City, was graduated in April with a master’s degree in municipal planning from the University of Michigan. She received her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
