Labor Day Regatta Set

The Mackinac Island Yacht Club is gearing up for this year’s Horn’s Labor Day Regatta Sunday, September 4. The regatta will begin at the east breakwall and follow a 10- mile course around the island.

No preregistration is required. Skippers must attend a meeting at 1 p.m., and the race will begin promptly at 2 p.m. An awards ceremony will follow the race at the Yacht Club.

Refreshments will be provided by Steve and Patti Ann Moskwa and plaques will be given to all participants.
