Bridal Show Sun., May 14

The soundstage at Mission Point Resort will be occupied Sunday, May 14, by cakes, flowers, and future brides eager to experience the resort's 8th annual Bridal Show. The show is held every year on Mother's Day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Approximately 30 vendors are expected to be present, including disk jockeys, local cake vendors and musicians. Other booths will showcase everything from hair and makeup to photographers. Wedding coordinators and clergy will also be represented at the event. In addition, the resort will provide a sampling of its banquet entrees and hors d'oeuvres and wines, and conduct site tours in the afternoon.

Tickets are $15 per person at the door.
