Declan Thornton
Matthew and Kendra Thornton of Chicago, Illinois, announce the birth of their son, Declan Berke Thornton, born April 14, 2006, at Northwestern University Prentice Women's Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

The baby weighed 9 pounds and was 21.5 inches in length at birth.

Grandparents are Larry and Kay Berke of Mackinac Island and DeKalb, Illinois, and Dr. Thomas and Deborah Thornton of Dayton, Ohio.
