Daniels Is $5,000 Raffle Winner

The Lilac Festival raffle, held at the Village Inn after the Grand Parade on Sunday, June 18, concluded the Island-wide celebration. Mary Beth Daniels of Grand Hotel won the $5,000 first prize, Grace Irish won the $3,000 second prize, and Fritz George of Wawashkamo Golf Links and his friend, Ray Moss in Florida, split the $2,000 third prize.
