Wawashkamo Holds First Member-mixed Tourney

Forty players participated in the first member mixed tournament at Wawashkamo Golf Links Wednesday, June 14.

Winners, with a score of 32 and won by a chip-off, were Sean Preston, Larry Berke, and Mary Hanson. In second place with a score of 32 were Justin Lents, Bill Chambers, Nancy Marstiller, and Mary Dufina. Third place with a score of 33 and won by a chip-off were Jason Saucier, Jeff Dupre, Janet Stingel, and Syndee Borst.

Whinner Bucks went to Dave Sheppard, Jack Dehring, Sandra Orr, and Carol Rearick.

Closest to the pin on hole four for the men was Randy Stuck. Closest to the pin on hole eight for the women was Brenda Bunker.

Closest to the pin in three shots for a team on hole five was Larry Berke in first place, Sean Preston in second place, and Mary Hanson in third place.

Longest putt was by Bill Chambers on hole nine.
