The second annual Carriage Rally, organized by the Mackinac Horsemen's Association, was held Thursday, July 6, behind Fort Mackinac. The rally drew six participants, including Ben Mosley from Grand Hotel, Lornie Porter, Penny Barr, Maryanka Alexander, Michelle Stuck, and Lin Sheppard. Trish Martin, Candy Dunnigan, and Leanne

Brodeur of the Horsemen's Association passed out fruit, cookies, and champagne to the participants, toasting "The good life."
