Dinner, Auction To Help Kiracofe

A spaghetti dinner, silent auction, and a raffle to raise funds for Adam Kiracofe, who is undergoing treatment for a brain tumor, will be held Monday, August 7, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Community Hall. Adult dinner tickets are $10, and children can eat at a discounted rate. Children four and under will be admitted free.

The silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and entertainment will be during the dinner.

Mr. Kiracofe attended Mackinac Island Public School for several years and is the son of Gary Kiracofe and Dawn Sandusky of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. They are the owners the Scrimshander shop in the Chippewa Hotel.

Volunteer servers and silent auction attendants are needed, and auction donations, salads, and desserts are being solicited for the fundraiser.
