Mary Donnelly and David Jackson

Mary Patricia Donnelly and David Michael Jackson were married at Ste. Anne's Catholic Church on Mackinac Island Sunday, July 2, 2006, at 4 p.m. The Reverend Sean Patrick Horrigan, a friend of the bride and groom, officiated.

A reception followed at the home of the bride's family, the McCarty home, catered by the Village Inn.

The bride is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas Donnelly. Her father, John Donnelly, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Pratt Donnelly, and great grandparents, Thomas and Bridget Donnelly and John and Ann McCarty, were all residents of Mackinac Island. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is employed with M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Houston and is employed by NASA.

After a honeymoon to Ireland, the couple will reside in Houston, Texas.
