4 Place First in Season End Wawashkamo Scramble

Forty-seven Wawashkamo Wawa Wackers played in the final scramble of the season Wednesday, August 23, with Randy Stuck, Mike Compton, Carole Erbel, and Marie Steensma placing first with a score of 31. Three teams scored 32, and their place in the tournament was settled with a chip-off, with second place going to Justin Lents, Larry Keogh, Janet Stingel, and Sandra Orr, third place going to Doug Rearick, Dick Coates, and Brenda

Bunker, and fourth to Les Parrish, Jack Dehring, Michelle Stuck, and Cynthia Cawthorne.

Whiner Bucks were won by Bob Andress, Jeff Dupre, Patti Ann Moskwa, and Carol Rearick.

Closest to the Pin on hole 4 was won by Rusty Preston and on hole 8 by Mary Callewaert. The team of Larry Berke, Steven Moskwa, Lin Sheppard, and Alice Bloswick were closest to the pin in three shots on hole 5.

The event was followed by a steak cook out at the club.
