Billie Rayment and Andrew Bliss

Terry and Kelly Rayment of Mackinac Island announce the engagement of their daughter, Billie Rayment, to Andrew Bliss of North Branch. Mr. Bliss is the son of Bert and Diane Bliss.

Miss Rayment was graduated from Lapeer East High School and attended Philadelphia University of the Arts.

Mr. Bliss was also graduated from Lapeer East High School and attended Saginaw Valley State University.

The couple work and reside on Mackinac Island, where

they are planning to be married Saturday, October 6, 2007.
