There was no snow Thursday, November 30, for the Island's tree lighting ceremony, but nearly a foot fell the next day. The tree was donated by Henry Dombroski, father of Island building inspector Dennis Dombroski, and stands in the middle of Main Street between the Arnold Dock and the Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau.
