Art, Cultural Grants Available With July 1 Application Deadline

The deadline to apply for funding through Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs Minigrant Program in Chippewa, Luce, and Mackinac counties is July 1. Applications are being accepted for arts and cultural projects that will start between October 1, 2007, and September 30, 2008. Grants of up to $4,000 are available during this first round of funding (provisional upon the state budget).

Any Michigan nonprofit organization, institution, school, association, or local government agency may apply.
