Score of 32 Wins Wawashkamo Golf Scramble

Fifty-two golfers participated in Wawashkamo's third Member Mixed Scramble of the season. The competition was followed by hors d'ouevres at the club's picnic area.

The winning team, with a score of 32, consisted of Justin Lents, Jay Stingel, Mary Dufina, and Syndee Borst. They received $40 in credit at the Wawashkamo golf shop.

A three-way tie for second place, with a score of 33, resulted in a chip off.

Second place finishers Randy Stuck, Ed Turbin, Brenda Bunker, and Janet Stingel each received a golf shop credit of $35.

Coming in at third place were Dave Sheppard, Jack Dehring, Debra Orr, and Patti Ann Moskwa, earning $30 in credit at the golf shop.

In fourth place were Rusty Preston, Billy Borst, Carol Rearick, and Mary Callewaert. They received a golf shop credit of $25.

Winners of Whiner Bucks were Les Parrish, Carole Erbel, Dick Gilles, and Nancy Marstiller, earning $15 in golf shop credit.

For closest to the pin in three shots on hole 10, the team of Randy Stuck, Ed Turbin, Janet Stingel, and Brenda Bunker won.

Closest to the pin on hole 17 for ladies was Lin Sheppard.

The longest putt on hole 18 was made by Syndee Borst.
