Traffic Dips on Mackinac Bridge

Traffic crossing the Mackinac Bridge dipped 3.6% for the month of June, with 413,485 vehicles crossing, while 429,061 crossed during June 2006, reported Robert Sweeney, executive secretary of the Mackinac Bridge Authority.

Traffic for 2007 is 4.6% behind last year's pace, with 1,605,473 vehicles this year, versus 1,682,716 in 2006.
