The Town Crier article published June 13 detailing the carriage accident of driver Raymond Miller reported the incident incorrectly. The incident happened as follows, according to Mr. Miller. His right horse was spooked by an approaching dog . The right horse jumped into the left horse and the left horse fell down, breaking the tongue of the carriage. The combined effect of the horses pulling on the reins and the carriage hitting a bump in the road ejected Mr. Miller out of the carriage and onto the ground. The carriage then ran him over. Mr. Miller said he suffered bruises on his legs, but is recovering.
