To the Editor: We are in agreement with Mr. Potulsky's letter [Letters, October 10, 2009]. We, too, have always come to the Island once a year, sometimes twice a year. I enjoy reading the paper and about the people of the Island. My parents owned the East Bluff home named the “Baby Grand” for about 30 years, so we spent many years of happy summers on the Island. More ... To the Editor: As one who for years has traveled to Mackinac Island, I truly am saddened to hear McNally Cottage could be on a course of destruction. More ... |
