Adam Kiracofe

Adam Kiracofe Adam Kiracofe Adam W. Kiracofe, 40, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018, at his home in Foxboro, Massachusetts, after a 12-year illness with brain cancer. He was surrounded by loved ones.

He was born September 2, 1978, in Petoskey. He grew up on Mackinac Island and in Door County, Wisconsin.

Mr. Kiracofe was graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, in 2000. He earned a law degree from Boston University in 2004, where he was graduated fifth in his class. He served as editor-inchief of the law review. After school, he clerked for an Iowa Supreme Court justice and worked as a trusts and estates lawyer until his illness recurred in 2014.

He was full of life and never happier than when he was with his family and friends. He was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and University of Michigan sports teams. Mr. Kiracofe loved music and he enjoyed singing. He played basketball for as long as he was able, and he was always ready to mix a fancy cocktail.

He is survived by his wife, Jaclyn; two sons, Riley and Jameson; his parents, Gary and Dawn Kiracofe of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin; a sister and her family, Elizabeth and Chris Cousineau; a cousin and her family, Tricia and David Bennett and their daughter, Lily; a niece, Clara, and a nephew, Owen.

He was preceded in death by his younger sister, Victoria Ashley Kiracofe.

Services were held Sunday, November 18, at 3 p.m. at Roberts and Sons Funeral Home in Foxboro. Visitation was from 1 p.m. to time of the service.
