A view of the Grand Hotel golf course sometime between 1910 and 1934. The lone building is the course Snack Bar, which now is the Jockey Club at the Grand Stand. Golfers had to watch for pedestrians and carriages crossing on Spring Street, which crossed the No. 9 fairway and led to Turkey Hill. The Snack Bar offered snacks until after World War I, when it began serving sandwiches, then became an after-dinner piano bar. Today, it serves a full menu.
